Who we are
Santana Max publishes plain-English lessons on NinjaTrader 8 and the mechanics of futures trading at santanamax.com. This policy explains what information the site collects and how it is used. You can reach us at info@santanamax.com.
What is collected automatically
When you visit, the following is collected without you having to do anything.
- Server logs. The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, it records technical details of each request, such as your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser and device type, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Google Analytics 4. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read. It records the pages you view, the site that referred you, your browser and device, and your approximate location taken from your IP address. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser to do this.
- Clicky. The site also loads GetClicky, a second analytics service that counts visits and page views.
We use this information to see what readers find useful and to fix problems. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Advertising and Google AdSense
This site uses Google AdSense to show ads once Google approves it. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads, including personalized ads based on your previous visits. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to this and other websites.

No accounts and no forms
The site has no accounts, sign-ups, comment sections or forms, and we do not collect your name or email address through it. If you email info@santanamax.com, we use your address and message only to reply to you.
Links to other sites
Guides link to other sites, such as NinjaTrader, brokers, the exchange and YouTube. Those sites have their own privacy policies and practices, and their policies apply once you leave this site. We are not responsible for them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The trading content is written for adults.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, such as California under the CCPA or the European Union and United Kingdom under the GDPR, you may have the right to ask what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be deleted or corrected, to object to certain uses, and to opt out of personalized advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email info@santanamax.com. Data held by Google, Clicky or Vercel is controlled by those companies, and you can use their own tools and policies as well.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed, and the current version always stays at santanamax.com/privacy.
