Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service apply to everyone who visits or uses santanamax.com (the “site”). In these terms, “we”, “our” and “us” mean Euclid Squared Inc., which operates Santana Max. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Description of the service

Santana Max publishes plain-English lessons on NinjaTrader 8, NinjaScript and the mechanics of index futures, and sends a free weekly email, Santana Max Weekly. The lessons are free to read, you do not need an account, and we sell nothing on the site.

Information, not advice

Everything on the site is general education about how trading platforms, orders, indicators and futures contracts work. It is not financial, investment, trading, legal or tax advice, and it does not take your objectives, finances or circumstances into account. Nothing on the site is a trade signal, a recommendation, or an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any futures contract, security or other financial instrument. Where a guide describes a rule, an indicator or a backtest, it describes how it works, not how it has performed or will perform.

Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. Futures are leveraged, so you can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance, whether actual or hypothetical, is not indicative of future results. You alone are responsible for your trading decisions and their results. Read the risk disclosure before you trade.

Santana Max does not manage accounts, copy trades or act on anyone’s behalf, and it does not claim registration with the CFTC or the NFA in any capacity. Any ads on the site are served by Google AdSense and are not recommendations or endorsements of any product, broker or service. Platforms, contract terms and rules change, so check anything important against the official source, or with a qualified, registered professional, before you act on it.

Newsletter

Santana Max Weekly is free. You join only after you confirm your address from the email we send, and you can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Like the rest of the site, it is education only and carries no signals or trade calls. We may change how often it is sent, or stop sending it. How we handle your address is set out in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Use the site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Break any law or regulation while using the site
• Try to reach parts of the site or its systems that are not public, or interfere with how the site works
• Send automated traffic that overloads the site, or copy its content in bulk with scrapers or bots
• Use the site to harass, threaten or harm anyone
• Sign up other people for the newsletter without their permission

Links and other services

The guides link to websites and services that we do not control, such as NinjaTrader, CME Group and the CFTC. Their own terms and policies apply when you use them, and we are not responsible for their content or for how they work. Santana Max is not affiliated with or endorsed by NinjaTrader, CME Group, Tradovate or any broker, and a link to a product or a company is not an endorsement of it.

Intellectual property

The content on the site, including its text, diagrams, images, logos and design, is owned by Euclid Squared Inc. or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. The photographs are original images generated for Santana Max, as listed on the image credits page. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit and a link back. Do not copy, republish or sell our content without written permission.

NinjaTrader is a trademark of NinjaTrader Group, LLC. CME Group, Globex, E-mini and Micro E-mini are trademarks of their respective owners. Products and companies are named on the site only to describe how they work.

Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We correct errors when we find them, but we do not promise that the content is complete, current or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, Euclid Squared Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss, including a trading or investment loss, that results from your use of the site or from relying on its content.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Euclid Squared Inc. harmless from any claims, damages, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or your violation of anyone else’s rights.
